Review:

Chocolate and a diet? Who would not pick up this book.

It started off as interesting but the things were more basic general knowledge about how we must care for our body and that is not only having a healthy diet.

Sort of got monotonous in the middle. And I am not fond of this cover as I find it boring.

The chocolate facts, however, were the spotlight for me.
